In Finnish, "Lampo" means "warmth. A truly warm attitude towards guests is both an important tradition and life philosophy for us.
Lampo is located in a quiet courtyard of the historic center of the city within walking distance to the piers of ships to the island of Valaam, the railway station to the Ruskeala Mountain Park, cafes and stores.
The building was reconstructed and converted into a comfortable boutique hotel in 2021-2023 in accordance with all the requirements for the restoration of architectural monuments.
Check-in time - after 3:00 p.m. hours, check-out time - 11:00 a.m. hours.
Early check-in up to 3 p.m. is free of charge if possible on the day of arrival. In the absence of such an opportunity, the hotel administrator will arrange safe storage of your belongings until the moment of check-in. Late check-out until 10 p.m., if possible - payment of 50% of the cost of the last night.
Cancellation of bookingIn the case of prepayment - cancellation less than 7 days before 3:00 p.m. arrival time will be charged for the first day of stay. A refund without penalties is possible if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 7 days before the arrival time of 3:00 p.m.
KidsToddlers (ages 0 to 3 years) stay free of charge. Children aged 3 to 16 years have the same rate (bed and breakfast) as adults when booking. At the request of guests, an extra bed can be installed in rooms Someroy and Ruskeala.

ParkingIf you are traveling by car, there is private parking available on site, which is free for our guests.
PetsAll your pets are welcome as long as you undertake to care for and clean them. A fee of 1000 rub. per day is charged for the pet, which includes a water bowl, a towel and additional room cleaning upon check-out. For accommodation with pets we are ready to offer "Ahinkoski" and "Someroya" rooms on the first floor. If you are traveling with a pet, please let the reception know in advance so that we can prepare everything you need.
BreakfastFrom May to October we are happy to offer our guests a homemade breakfast! Breakfast is served only in the room from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Silent ModeWe try to create the best conditions for a peaceful stay of our guests, so in the evening and at night (from 10 p.m. to 08 a.m.) in Lampo it is customary to respect the silence.
SmokingSmoking is prohibited in all rooms and areas of the hotel (additional fee for cleaning the room where smoking - 10 000 rubles).
Accessibility (sedentary guests)Since during the restoration works we had to ensure the preservation of the historical appearance of the building, the Lampo does not have specially equipped ramps for climbing the stairs. However, we are ready to assist guests with reduced mobility to the best of our ability and recommend the rooms located on the first floor of the hotel.
CleaningWet cleaning of common areas in the hotel is made daily. Room cleaning during your stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and bath accessories are made once every two days, additionally - by agreement with the administrator.
